Private Parties:

Rates: All rates are subject to change. All signed contracts will be honored at the given rate indicated on the contract. Extra charges and fuel surcharges will be added when applicable.

Pricing: Pricing has different variables that needs to be considered before we can give a quote. Variables such as number of passengers, hours of use, event type, etc. are needed before we can price your event. Please fill out the information in the quote section and we will provide with the cost for your desired event.

Package Deals: We have developed several new and improved packages to assure you are getting the best possible price for your Limo Bus needs. Each package will have a separate price schedule based up the nature of your event, type of vehicle, number of hours, date, times and other special requests. Multiple hour discounts are available as well.

Deposit: A 50% deposit will be required to hold all reservations. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due the day of your event unless notified otherwise.

Gratuity: Rates include fuel. Depending on the package, gratuity may or may not be included. Please refer to the contract regarding gratuity charges.

Methods of Payment: Cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). All checks must be cashed 7 days prior to any rendering of service.

Extended Time: If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, the remaining time will be charged in 1/2 increments. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract.

Extra Charges: Some packages are all inclusive. If there are any extra service charges it will be highlighted in your contract.

Multiple Stops: All stops must be prearranged before the charter begins. Due to the size of our vehicles, our chauffeurs must plot each course. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the chauffeurs discretion. Additional stops will be highlighted in your contract.

Damage to Vehicles: Any parties causing physical damage to vehicles during a charter are directly responsible for any and all cost for repair. To avoid any damages please read the following: No smoking, No feet anywhere but on the floor, No leaning/pushing on windows or glass, No playing with electrical switches or any kind, No reckless behavior.

Max Capacity: Chauffeurs are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines.
